"Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. "

"Normally I don't complain but this experience has turned me off of traveling. We have never had such a bad experience. We didn't get a room, seems like they had many people living in the motel. Staff were very rude. We drove back 250 miles to our home. I would recommend staying away from this motel and east Asheville "

"Pros: The property itself was modern/renovated. The room was nice as well. Bathroom was large! The front desk staff were accommodating. There is a Peloton bike in the workout room, and they weren’t sure how guests could access it, so they asked the manager who gave me an account to use. Breakfast was pretty standard. Parking is easy! Cons: The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible across the board: sink, toilet, shower. It was difficult to wash my face in the sink, and difficult to wash...

"The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is ok. My room was very comfortable and clean. There are good restaurants very close- also junk food spots. There is a large grocery store that is only a 5 minute walk. Uber is expensive from here because it’s a fair ways away from downtown."

"Nice location. Heaven forbid you expect to have coffee available first thing in the morning. Breakfast was without any "gravy" for the biscuits. Breakfast begins at 6:30, but apparently they don't care about the coffee being available until closer to 7:00 AM. Front desk host in the AM cares more about his phone and texting than he does about the paying guests. Having TV on an entirely Spanish speaking channel helped me recall my Spanish classes from 40 years ago, This hotel was a bit out...
