"This was our first time staying and it was a great experience. So close to town that we walked every time we went. They have a cute coffee/ bar right on premises and even had live music. Room was nice and clean and the little pantry area for snacks, coffee etc was a nice touch. Everything about the property was well thought out and it is very cozy. The staff were all super friendly and we would def stay again. Also had a pizza truck on premises that we didn’t try but they were usually busy....

"The website showed this was the only room available but there were only a few cars parked, a few rooms lit. Renovations feel unfinished. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but we found in the morning that the shower didn't work. An expensive price for a room with no working shower."

"This my first visit and will be our go to hotel in Asheville from this point on for my family. It’s an extremely thoughtful space in every area. The staff is incredible. The rooms are so comfortable with so many amenities. The social hour featuring local wines and beer along with appetizers is amazing. By far the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever encountered. My wife and I are booking for next week."

"Beaufort House is really an excellent value in an B&B in Asheville. The location is unbeatable, the house if really worth it, the grounds are big enough to give a sense of privacy, and there is private off street parking. The porch is a great place to wait out a rain storm. The Liberty Street Cafe is 2 blocks away and a terrific alternative for any meal. Bed and bedding were very good. Thanks."

"All was good except the spa was closed and the pool didn’t look very clean. I recommend keeping breakfast open till at least 10:00 am. Our room was well designed and spacious."

"Room was awesome—clean; thoroughly modern communication system on the smart tv and my smart phone. (I suspect that’s not a new thing. New to me…) The front desk staff were great—took care of my requests without making me feel stupid or like I was bothering them. For a woman of my age (79) that’s a rare feeling and one I won’t soon forget. And the breakfast options met my needs and those of other folks I met there. I sat in a rocking chair with my book and coffee. How fun!!"

"We had a great stay. The inn was beautiful and the receptionist very helpful. The bathroom was a bit small, but that is to be expected in an older home. We really enjoyed the breakfast provided. It was a very quiet place to relax."
