"The apartment was spacious and clean. We were very impressed with the quiet windows, a/c, staff, room updates, toiletries and cleanliness. My only, only recommendation is to perhaps keep a wine opener and additional coffee pods at the coffee station. We messaged and owner and received more within minutes. They were great! Other then that, really wonderful and would definitely stay again!!"

"Beware. There is no sign showing the hotel. Makes it extremely difficult to find if you walk there, say from the station, the area is car-free which is great. But the tiny alleys make it a certainty you will get lost. The hotel should provide good maps to help you. Google Maps etc is useless."

"I liked this hotel. It's in a great location, right in the middle of the old quarter, with lots of great places to see nearby. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would only offer one suggestion. Reception is on the top floor, but there is nothing on the ground floor telling one that, so it took me quite a while to figure out where to go to register. I would recommend placing a sign at the first floor entrance telling people where reception is."

"Best thing about this place is its location, right in the centre of Genoa. The breakfast is worth giving a wide birth even at 8 euros per head. No hotwater for tea and no butter or spread, even when I asked. Plenty of decent cheap bakeries close by. I had some issues with broken toilet seat and lack of clothes hangers but rectified by Antonio quickly. He was excellent and so helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean, good shower and excellent bed and very quiet so for those reasons would definitely go back."
