"The staff wasn’t helpful. I felt unsafe in my room because of drug dealing going on next door. The dealers were bringing many people in to their room , going back and forth to the elevator to let them up. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my phone and the front desk lady put effort in to help me and then called someone else to help when she couldn’t fix the problem. The issues was resolved and I really appreciated the care that was taken. Also the pool was great and I liked that the amount of people was limited so everyone got to enjoy without it being overcrowded."

"Overall the stay was good, from check in to room, however the shower is something else. Next to no water pressure, no spray as water just trickled out. Needs to be replaced and or clean"

"We stayed in a pet friendly room. Beds were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. We stayed in a double queen bed room. Everyone woke up with very sore backs from worn out beds. They both dipped in the middle with no support left. We stayed for 4 nights so the worn out beds were pretty awful. The room needs to be renovated. It was clean but there was alot of cosmetic damage. Kids had fun at the pool. We liked that there is a rubber turf surface all around pool area. Area is good with stores and restaurants walking distance. "

"The location and set up was perfect. However the execution was a little poor. They didn’t have bags in the ice bucket and when I called, the question was “are you sure there’s no bag?” And they gave me a room that was being worked upon, light bulbs and panels all over the place. But the venue is awesome and so are the rooms."

"Unfortunately the front doors were broken and the hot tub was under repairs(?) at the time of our stay or I would have given you a 5 out of 5. Just bad timing. "
