Breakfast staff were very friendly and made our morning. Front desk staff were also very helpful. Only downsides were the elevators, Leaky parking garage and the overpriced store. We chose the hotel based on location, amenities, and secure parking. After checking in, we were informed that the pool was closed. While attempting to park, we discovered that no secure spots were available. We were happy to be given a room on the ninth floor…until we were informed that one of the two elevators was not functioning. The complimentary breakfast was ok.

Breakfast in the morning was good. Had to request towels for the swimming pool. When we checked in one elevator was down and we got on the next and it stopped working and someone had to help us carry our suitcases up. That night both elevators were down and we had to walk up to the 6th floor. The room .... garbage wasn't taken out. The shower didn't drain properly. Very little hot water to shower with. There was a sewage smell we had to open the windows. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is very tired and the rooms contain broken and ripped furniture (see pics). The batteries on the A/C were dying and needed to be replaced. The room was well equipped with a kitchen and all needed dishes and the filtered water was appreciated. The elevator was broken down the entire week we were there with the remaining one breaking leaving people stuck on two occasions. It sometimes took up to 15 minutes for the elevator to arrive. The pool, hot tub, steam room and gym were terrific as were the staff and daily breakfast. The complimentary beer and wine Monday to Thursday were a nice touch. It’s unfortunate the building is so run down and we would not recommend it nor stay there again. Thanks to Shiv at the front desk who was very helpful.
