"The worst Hampton we’ve ever stayed at. Pretty disappointing for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable, pillow were cheap no support. When we checked in our bathroom sink was mostly clogged, had to call maintenance on 3rd day to clean it. Maids did not mop room floors, very dirty, just laziness. Breakfast was average, wasn’t always stocked, had to wait for coffee several times, These hotels really need to have 2 regular coffee dispensers available. Also our air conditioner was not working...

Very comfortable beds. Never experienced any issues and staff was always available at the front desk if necessary. Easy check in and check out. "

"A/C works. Rooms are filthy . Staff is very nice. Wayyyyy overpriced. Literal dirt and mud in the bathroom on the floors. Absolutely filthy. Stunned at how filthy some of these motels are and does Okaloosa County have a health department?????"

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"The room was very clean; however, there was a lack of any sort of broom/dustpan and zero paper towels available when arriving. We opted to avoid any room service during the stay, and the lack of broom made it difficult to keep sand out of the room. We only went to the pool one day, we were honestly a little underwhelmed with the size of the pool - I can't imagine how cramped the pool would seem during more peak times of the year. We had to do a last minute audible on where we were staying...
