"I liked location of property walking distance to beach the only set back for us was housekeeping we did not get our room cleaned passed 3:00pm we had stepped away from 8:00am till 3:00 pm room was not cleaned yet this was during our stay when housekeeping was supposed to refresh the room. That was the major down side everything else was good"

"There is no sign in rooms that you will be changed for water . No one at front desk notified us about that too , why put water on table if you gonna charge 6$ for it !!! Without telling us . We didn’t find out till we checked out that we going to be charged . Also to go to pool you have to go to front desk to ask for a pool towels and when you are across the whole hotel ."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"Let's start with the good stuff. The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing. The breakfast was good, but there was no fruit except for wrapped apples. The "snack" in the afternoon from 5:30-7:30 consisted of only chips, salsa, pretzels, and a dip of some kind. In other Embassy Suite hotels I have stayed in, the afternoon happy hour snack was much more varied with veggies, crackers, and fruits.
