"We were really glad to have the chance to visit your hotel again. Room 801 was very nice despite the lack of a view. Valet and front desk staff very pleasant. Only issue was the bathroom door needs fixing. It would not close without being jammed/pushed hard. If we had been there for more than a night we would have requested a repair or room change. "Arrived and the type of room we booked was unavailable. No attempt to remedy the situation just a shoulder shrug and sorry. Front desk staff extremely unhelpful and indifferent. Asked for a late checkout to accommodate the errors upon arrival. Was told I’d need to book the room for a full extra day if I wanted to check out 2 hours later than standard time. When asked why the rate the front desk was offering was $60/night more than what was shown online met with another shoulder shrug. Air conditioning brutally loud all night long. Poor reflection on the Hilton brand stay elsewhere."
