"32°C summer, lobby was air-conditioned but the room was not. (The info booklet in the room said the aircon was hooked up to the building's central air, so we weren't allowed to control it). Couldn't imagine trying to sleep there. I had intended to stay at this hotel before moving somewhere else long-term, but ended up going to the other place immediately to sleep and using this hotel room as just a luggage staging area."

"I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Korea because it’s close to Seongsu-dong. First of all, the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a hair dryer, curling iron, and even an iron. On the 21st floor, washing machines and dryers were available for free, and I could easily buy detergent on the first floor. "We did not check in at this location. The rooms were noticably dirty and smelly. Insects were visible and sheets were stained. An alternative room had similar problems with smells and cleanliness. Hotel management continues to be evasive and has not responded to Expedia requests for a refund. Will be escalating my complaints. "
