"Overall a great place to stay. Just a few minutes of a walk from Termini train station. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The AC was amazing after being in the hot 100 degree heat during the day. The only things that were less than perfect were the WIFI (very spotty and just didn't work on the 6th floor where we were at) and the toilet (continuously ran for the last 36 hours, but still functional most of the time)"

Area is similar to areas close to central station in any big city. It is convenient to go to other parts of Rome by metro or walking. Possible to walk to city centre in 20-30 minutes. Also very close to Cathedral where Pope Frances is buried. If you go early in the morning there’s no queue. Owner is friendly...

"The room was not a suite - we opted for one of the smaller rooms. The bath was a bit cramped due to its size, but it was acceptable. The staff was phenomenal. When we asked for cups for tea, they delivered them within 15 minutes. The complimentary water daily was very appreciated given we were there during the heatwave of July. "The room and building was beautiful. Once we found the AC, it worked great! Haha! I would have loved for there to be a couple bottles of water in the room, even if they were for purchase only. The drain in the shower was so plugged we flooded the bathroom floor once, but the beautiful, soft towels cleaned it up fast. All in all, it was a great value for the money and I would stay here again!"

"Booked same day last minute only hours before arrival in Rome. The only missing part was the floor number : 2. Others in the building helped me find my way and incredibly hospitable locals in the building itself. Check in was super easy, checked in 2 hours early without issue. Room was spotless, bed was great.
