Left the next morning after 9am, didn't see a single staff member during our whole stay, Was a bit of a challenge getting luggage up to the top floor without an elevator but we probably should have realized that when we booked. Nice property, nice big room with separate area for visiting. TV channel choices, which included streaming services, was excellent. Overall a good experience, just didn't see anyone there."

"I enjoyed relaxing by the firepit. The only thing that could of made it a better stay would be free breakfast or at least coffee and tea. They have a Starbucks and area where you can purchase items but it was more like self serve and pay at reception desk."

When we asked for extra towels and requested a room change, they accommodated those requests immediately. After we switched rooms they checked to see if we were happier. "Although the decor is outdated, this inn is lovely and clean. The Honeymoon Suite room was unique and spacious. The in-room breakfast was very nice, as was the private patio overlooking a shared yard with plenty of seating. Room and patio felt quite private. Good location in the Berkshires."

"Very convenient on lovely lakeside and easy access to route 90 and towns like Lennox and Lee. Decor old fashioned and dull. Mint the Indian food restaurant is excellent, well priced and full of flavour."

"Everything was really great. Except the only issue my wife and I had was, we reserved a room for a queen size bed and instead received a full size bed. It wasn’t a big deal. But after the stay we realized the queen would’ve been a better way. However, I never brought this matter to the front desks attention. So it was my fault for not communicating it to them. "I spilled an ENTIRE cup of cocoa I was making for my niece. The clerk on was a very kind, friendly young man named Paul. I have worked as a chef for 30 years, the cocoa went EVERYWHERE. He got a mop bucket , I started cleaning my mess up I just know what its like to walk into a mess!! Left by someone else. Paul said "you dont have to finish, ill do it no problem.
