"My family stayed at Marival Emotions for a week (including 2 kids and 2 grandparents). The staff was phenomenal and were happy to help us with our Spanish! The kids club was excellent and included time at the beach and the pool. There were lots of activities including ping pong, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, etc. The food was decent with lots of options including a kids buffet. We loved our week there and would go back!"

"Was greeted onsite upon arrival from airport by pleasant and helpful contact person - to walk through condo and agree to rules. Wifi in unit and up on rooftop pool deck. Used Uber to get around - fast & cheap - but need to find wifi access to book return Uber if no data roaming. Hard to find English speakers for that. Relaxing wine bar on main floor with chill music and tasty food. Safe, enjoyable stay."

"Hard to locate hotel within a complex of businesses and a gas station. The local taxi drivers have a hard time finding it. Amenities are bare minimum. Unlesss you want to join them, be expected to wake up at 5:30am due to a spin class studio music from the business below. "

"Las instalaciones muy limpias, la atención de todos los empleados en general, magnífica. Manny del equipo de animación es muy simpático, servicial y amable. La comida deliciosa aunque cabe recalcar que la oferta del buffet es algo limitada. Los restaurantes si tienen más variedad. El chef Juan Carlos del restaurante Ciao e Israel del restaurante Oriental maravillosos y pendientes de cada detalle!!! Como sugerencia diría que deberían reservar un espacio para que los huéspedes que entran y salen puedan dejar sus pertenencias, cambiarse y/o ducharse mientras esperan a que su habitación esté disponible en el caso de la entrada y puedan ducharse en caso de salida tardía ya que el check out es a las 12 y el check in q las 3:35 pm. Resulta un poco incómodo no poder cambiarte hasta que recibes la habitación y no poder ducharte antes de marcharte del hotel cuando tu vuelo es por la tarde. Si disponen de este servicio, no se nos ofreció. "
