Bathroom needs deep clean of tiles, taps or preferably refurbished as bath chipped and holes in tiles from previous fittings very poorly filled. Paint chips on the furniture. "Absolutely loved this place. Our room with its en-suite bathroom was very nice indeed. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal and the following morning breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Would not hesitate to book this hotel again if staying in this area"

"Amazing hotel food in the restaurant was beautiful and lovely experience and nice to see the hotel in such great shape. The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean. I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. "The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were all fabulous, from check in to restaurant and bar. The lady waiting on breakfast was especially great. The challenges were that the room was rather hot, and given the location on the main road, opening the window meant it was noisy. Noise was the main issue - from doors opening, floors creaking and especially from the person in the next room who had their tv on extremely loud until past 2am. "

Room was bright and well decorated in fresh white and grey. Bathroom had shower over bath. Nice tiles all around. Plenty clean white towels left me. Large TV. Tea maker . I couldn't fault the room. Looked fine. 3 locks on door. So as single woman felt safe. Lift was out of order. Swimming pool was out of use. Had a large pub next door. But...
