"This was a short stay as part of a longer trip and worked out really well. I stayed in a windowless room that had a glazed window. It was very quiet. The instructions for heating and lighting were straightforward. Breakfast didn’t come with my package. I would inquire. Friendly staff. "

"We were only staying one night to go to a concert in the Ovo. The hotel was close to the venue and reasonably priced. The reception staff were pleasant and welcoming and the room we had was small but perfectly adequate for a one night stay without luggage. The beds were comfortable and the shower just right. We didn’t have breakfast but lots of guests were. There are kiosks at reception where you can buy drinks and snacks any time. "

"Hotel has a problem with lifts. They are small and slow for the size of the building . One was out of order when I checked in and it took me 30 minutes to take my turn to reach my 9th floor room. Later that evening both lifts were out of order so 9th floor was only accessible by stairs. I complained and suggested a complementary breakfast which was granted but maybe could have offered to me anyway "
