"This is a beautiful hotel, the castle is lovely but the new building is gorgeous. The room was a good size and was very tastefully decorated, and we had plenty of tea and coffee. "the staff where nothing but rude. we made a complaint at 3 am because the room above us woke us up with all the banging . i went down the stairs to report it but nothing got done about it . went back to my to my room and was on the phone we asked to add on a extra night but because i was a little bit to loud but when the manager asked me to "stop being loud" so i did . even tho i was just on the phone to my mum . do not suggest "
