"Excellent stay at the Busby Hotel, ample parking, warm welcome from staff, fantastic food in the restaurant and very professional service from Carla. Breakfast was a bit of a let down with the food on hot plates drying out and going hard but I suppose you'd expect that from an open buffet. The rooms were reasonable sized, great shower and comfy bed. No issues with the Wi-Fi and the TV was a smart tv, with the option of screen mirroring from phone, this made it easy to watch Netflix on the tv via...

"The room was clean, the bed is quite comfortable. The location is alright. The entry to the hotel could be a struggle for new guests at the hotel. I found it difficult to locate the entrance. A guide to the assigned entrance( which is entrance 2) for entry to the hotel would be ideal."

"The room and bathroom were very clean. It was also very dark and quiet, which was great! The only complaint I have is the location. It doesn't have a ton of restaurants around, and it's a bit far away from everything else too. "

It needed a full deep clean throughout and the furniture needed to be relaced as it was very badly chipped and scratched and had not looked like it had been replaced in a very long time. The room was very over priced at £219 for one night with no breakfast."
