"Staff was ok, nothing to write home about. Room could use new carpet as it was stained. Close to shopping, and easy to use public tranport. "

"Although the hotel was clean and overall a nice place to stay I cant recommend it as the hotel also has two bars on site, one open on the bottom floor and another on the 8th floor. they are open until 1am on the weekend and i could hear the music in my room on the 6th floor. Wont be staying again"

"The hotel is central in Glasgow, near to bars/restaurants, shops, and good transport links. Our room was a good size, clean & bed big and very comfortable. If I had to make once comment it would be to upgrade the toilet paper - then it would be perfect. The kitchen are had fridge, dishwasher and I think washing machine. We only used the fridge for milk to make hot drinks (we did take our own additional tea/coffee) as we enjoyed the local business's for food. If you on a tight budget you could make meals in your room and self-cater. Would definitely book again if staying in Glasgow."

"A little tricky to find your way in the first time by car but well worth the effort. An excellent value hotel. I could happily have stayed for a week had it been in a holiday resort and not East Kilbride. Looks a bit like you are in East Germany from the outside but it’s lovely on the inside. I am booking again for next month. "

"Stayed for 2 weeks and got 5 £100 parking tickets despite putting the car reg into electronic parking pad on a regular basis! Had to return to the hotel on 5 occasions to have them cancelled! This was only possible as was staying at the hotel whilst moving house and now live not far away would have been a nightmare if holidaying!!! Very unimpressed! "
