"We were travelling with 2 toddlers and the staff were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating and supportive when we asked for help (after a chip disaster in the room). The attached Mr. Mike's restaurant was a great bonus and the fitness center, pool, and courtyard were wonderful amenities. The prime location across the street from the Orchard Park Mall was also amazing. We will absolutely come back the next time we visit Kelowna."

"We stayed only one night, for my birthday, and the staff were phenomenal! Right from check-in, they were so friendly and helpful! After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went. Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing to soak before bed. And again, it was absolutely spotless. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was incredible, and once again, the staff were outstanding. Delicious food and fantastic staff, we will definitely be back to stay and to eat!"

"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the last 10 years. Its location is good. The rooms are clean. However, we find the rooms are quite dark and not well lit. The king-size bed we had we found quite hard, so my wife did not have the best of sleeps. The room comes with a breakfast voucher, which is to be used at the Ricky‘s restaurant next to it. The options the voucher provides are very limited, however, it does allow a $10 credit per person to use against a full breakfast. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay. But my wife probably would not be back because they’re a bed was too hard. "

"Room was clean but older furnishings. I loved that it is close to a lot of amenities including Tim Horton's. I prefer a hotel to a motel. I did not use the hot tub. "
