"It is a very nice stay except the front desk clerk was not helpful with his limited English. Otherwise, Marriot Associa is at great location, well-maintained, known to be a high -end hotel in Nagoya Japan. The sauna is also a great place to visit. However, I would like to know Marriot charge extra for entry per person per day. I would rate this hotel 5 stars on every aspect."

"Great place, amazing staff that open the elevator for you and help with anything you might need, clean, tons of amenities, awesome rooms, fancy shower heads and blow dryers. Not the hotels fault, but it will be even better to stay there once the construction in front of Nagoya station is finished."

"This hotel is above the Meitetsu bus terminal. It provides very convenient access to anywhere at Nagoya. Overall fixtures and furnitures are bit old such as toilet and desk. My room has an open view facing railways but cannot really see and enjoy due to the dirty outside window. It could hear little bit of the train running noise but it is acceptable and does not affect my sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful. Security is not ideal because non-resident can access to any floor without access card. "
