"The hotel casino is very clean and upgraded. The rooms are comfortable. I am disappointed because I paid the extra costs for a view and when we got in the room the view was of the mechanical room with dirty windows, and honestly we got in late and I did not have the energy to deal with it. The check in was very rushed and felt like they were just to busy. But... everyone is friendly and the hotel is clean, food is great! I will probably never spend $300 a night to stay there again. "The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."

"The receptionist at check in was very helpful. We wanted a room away from the freeway. We were disappointed with the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant. They barely spoke to us apart from taking our order. Dinner was good but the oatmeal at breakfast was disappointing. We’ve had far better on previous occasions."

"Parking is horrible in the back, no feedback regarding our unused time (we left early, but not because of the motel), 90* outside and pool wasn’t open. It sufficed and was clean."

"Great room with a lot space. No staff basically, it’s mostly automated. Being right across from the bus station with a guy screaming all night was a bit of a different environment for me."

"Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"
