Hotels near Meadowood Mall

"The hotel casino is very clean and upgraded. The rooms are comfortable. I am disappointed because I paid the extra costs for a view and when we got in the room the view was of the mechanical room with dirty windows, and honestly we got in late and I did not have the energy to deal with it. The check in was very rushed and felt like they were just to busy. But... everyone is friendly and the hotel is clean, food is great! I will probably never spend $300 a night to stay there again. The only other thing I don't appreciate is when you order room service you are forced to pay a 20% Gratuity and a delivery fee in the hotel. Then the server brings the food up and gets disappointed when you don't tip even more, then it makes me feel like a jerk, but geese how much are we expected to pay "extra"?? So is this a "thing" now? It's just getting out of control! Other then the costs and the No view for lots of money the place is great!"

"There were non of the following available Paper towels Silverware Dishes Ice Food They did have vending machines The staff said that the hotel was for extended stay customers. The customers bring their own stuff."

"Breakfast was OK, but very minimal in reference to what was available. The air conditioners for the rooms were very good in fact excellent. All of the staff were very helpful to all of our concerns. "

"The room was not ready for us at 4:15pm and check in was 3:00pm. The shower floor looked dirty. Everything else looked clean. We had to ask for the chair that is normally already in the room, I had to ask 3 times and it finally arrived at our room. The sink stopper was not working. The bathroom door was not working properly. The toilet seat was looking very worn. I was disappointed because normally this place is great. Oh and the beds are feeling and looking less comfortable than they used to. Staff was nice enough. The breakfast was good. "

"The receptionist at check in was very helpful. We wanted a room away from the freeway. We were disappointed with the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant. They barely spoke to us apart from taking our order. Dinner was good but the oatmeal at breakfast was disappointing. We’ve had far better on previous occasions."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The room was clean and met our standards. We paid for a complete breakfast, I thought it was included but wasn’t. The front desk staff is not interested in answering questions. We would stay there again because it met our needs."
