"Von außen häßlich, aber von inner sehr schön. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Sie sind wirklich Top renoviert, schöne helle Einrichtung, Regendusche, Handtuchheizung, etc. Die Lage ist naja im Büroviertel, aber das wussten wir. Die neue Skybar ist sehr schön, auch die Getränkepreise sind in Ordnung. Musik war am Samstag etwas TEchno mäßig und vile junge Russen?! Das Publikum am Samstag etwas seltsam. Die Musik (Bässe) waren schon sehr laut, ich vermute die Zimmer...

Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside. I didnt expect her to talk to me this way. Few moments later, another lady helped me to check out, i think she was the manager and it went very smoothly. "

"The staff here were the best. Each staff member we spoke with helped us storing our bags, finding a place to eat and getting the best rate for transportation. Our room was comfortable and clean. A little tight of a squeeze some mornings but not a big deal. Very quiet inside the hotel and in the area. The bus line is right outside the door and walkable to many places. Please try the Italian restaurant next to the gelato shop and pharmacy. The food is excellent and they have a menu in English! "

"Very convenient hotel close to DUS airport but not as expensive as hotels by the airport. Staff attention was great and room very cosy. Very beautiful neighborhood with beautiful (and some historical) houses. I wish I could stay longer to relax and enjoy but I was in transit..."
