The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant choices and nearby groceries. Location is convenient with tram stop right in front of the property. The room is acceptably clean and is very basic. The shower is OK, but keeps falling over

Location: Very good, a tram station is just outside the hotel entrance, within 10min walk to U-bahn station. Quite area but feel safe. Many restaurants nearby. Room: Size is ok for one person business trip. Facilities are basic but sufficient, the room looks very clean, no complaint for a room at this price point during an exhibition. Overall the experience is good.

Not an hotel, renting out rooms, that is it.

This has nothing to do with a proper hotel. At 15:00 no staff anymore, you need to check in at a machine outside. No passport? No check in and no help. Parking is almost impossible, cleaning every two days (enviromental crap story). A remote security company looks after the hotel, not the guests. Room at front, no airco and window open keeps you awake until 01:00 and from 04:30 because of noisy trams every 10 minutes. Price similar to larger hotels around Little Tokyo and Hauptbahnhof. Bad experience.

älteres Hotel mit Terminator Tec ….

Das Hotel hat sein Personal wegrationalisiert und man ist damit konfrontiert, mitten in der Nacht mit einem QR-Scanner-Schlüsselausgabesystem zu kömofen das nicht richtig funktioniert. Nach heftigem Klingeln melde sich dann zum Glück eine Stimme aus der Ferne, die mir über mehrere Sicherheitsschleusen hinweg bis inklusive in die Zimmertür ferngesteuert die Türen geöffnet hat… das hat mit Hotel-Charme nichts mehr zu tun und fühlte sich für mich als Gast an wie eine Mischung aus Alcatraz und Squid Games. Wie schön war die Zeit als einen noch Menschen an der Rezeption begrüsst haben.

Liebevoll und stilvoll klassisch eingerichtetes Hotel in sehr guter Lage zum Flughafen (10 Minuten Fahrt). Sichere Parkplätze im Hinterhof, freundlich kompetentes Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen!
