"Upon arrival at 5pm we were told our room was not ready.and then we were given a room that was a category lower than we had paid for and we had to point it out to the staff after we had unpacked our suit cases ad were then switched to the room category we had paid for. "I visited his hotel a few years ago while it was undergoing upgrades. I am very pleased with the results! The hotel feels a lot cleaner than it used to. "Room is smell weird. Microwave inside the room is dirty and smell. The sink hot water doesn’t work. And when we got to the property the lady in front desk insisting to charged us $46 for the pet fee eventho I showed her that in Expedia it’s showed $40 and we also confirmed this by calling the hotel before making the reservation. She say she can’t go lower than $46. Won’t stay there again upon our next visit."
