"The hotel was very nice, but they charged $33+ for valet parking per day & $18+ to park in a garage. If you wanted to park, you had to park on the street. Not very customer service friendly. Also, the door on our room would not close. We pushed and pulled it. We reported it to the staff, but it was not fixed. So, if someone wanted to force their way in, all they had to do was push the door. We latched in at night for safety."

"This is how it's done!! Check in was a breeze staff was so friendly even with a line at check in. Sheryl was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her. She made our experience delightful and stress free which is what a trip is all about. We will definitely revisit !!!"

"Room was clean. But bed wasn’t comfortable. It’s pretty firm. Typical hotel breakfast, waffles, B&G, bacon, scrambled eggs. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good and clean. Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience"

"Shower heads are horrible-no pressure, breakfast was wonderful, laminate floor in room was sticky from cleaner, pillows were thin and old, bed was great, not enough places to put items in bathroom or room, staff was amazingly helpful, professional, and hospitable."

"Once we turn the light on bugs on the floor were running away, around AC unit holes/ cracks sealed/ packed with old plastic grocery bags. After first flush water in toilet stop coming. Seems like they start painting but run out of paint , then decided to rent the room. No shower head in the shower, just leftover piece . Outside few doors down two cars without wheels /doors- looks like someone was staying for too long at the hotel. Just don’t try it"

"The room was terribly dirty and we had to go to another hotel. It was absolutely disturbing there was hair that wasn’t ours there was toilet paper when we first got there that we didint use and the pillows had black disgusting gunk in there that made me want to throw up. We had to get out of there and get to another hotel as soon as possible. Absolutely disgusting never going back again."

"Positive reviews on Expedia will make you question the validity and trustworthiness of reviews. This place was labeled as "family friendly" and it is right next to an adult lingerie shop complete with the homeless encampment on the side. There is a huge billboard out front (not the hotel's billboard) advertising an adult sex toy shop in the area. The area looks sketchy. You would be better to go 2 miles down the road. The room was dated, the mini fridge DID NOT work. I told the guy at the front...

"Oh coming in I was not even acknowledged by the front desk for several minutes even with standing right in front of her, she was very lacking in communication and customer service overall, I booked a double queen room and on check in was gave a double room, when I went down to inquire about the room issue I was completely dismissed, as it was gave the impression the clerk was hoping I just didn’t notice and it was basically a “oh well” situation to her, the tv didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t...
