"They are having “renovations” done but I kept hearing the elevator rattling or make this tapping sound which interrupted my sleep. It was so bad the first night as we were right next to the elevator and had to let front desk know. They ended up moving us a few doors down but the rattling was still there. i’m a light sleeper so this was not fun. Place was close to a lot of restaurants. I don’t think I would stay here again. Elevator was so noisy. "

"no USB-c charging ports in room. this is ridiculous in 2026/ But your desk clerk actually went out, bought and delivered to my room a charging cable. Refused payment!!! So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?"

"Small but beautiful rooms. The view of the capital is spectacular. The staff is an absolute delight. Mini fridge, hair dryer and clothes steamer available in room. Coffee, water and in-shower essentials are part of the amenities offered. Not a ton of closet space but functional for a short trip. Room is very clean. The only issue I had was with the bed. Unfortunately, it dipped down at the head. We slept at the foot instead. Be aware that the parking is expensive, we paid almost $150 for parking...

"Awesome location on Congress with wonderful amenities! The only downside was street noise in the form of muscle cars revving up outside, noticeable even on the 25th floor. However, the room was furnished with a white noise machine that blocked most of it out at night. The corner room has amazing views!"

"Frigerator left in hall for 3 days. Loud noises through thin walls. Rude and unhelpful desk staff. Not pleasant 😕 trashcan was left IN toilet and shower had dirty, used rag left by cleaning staff."
