"Place and rooms were clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I needed a handicapped accessible room/suite for a wheelchair dependent individual and was moved to a handicapped suite almost immediately after calling to request. Also, I thought I lost prescription sunglasses and security/lost and found staff were diligent about following up with me. Left with a good impression. We are planning on staying there again soon. "
