To be honest when we first got there we were not sure it was for us, it’s a little older and the restaurant food isn’t special. But the place grows on you and is very quaint. If they could level-up the food, we’d return in a second. I also loved the yoga class by Lizzie on Tuesday morning. So nice. May be back next year. "

"Our room was in the new tower, building 4. It was a junior suite, very large, overlooking the beach. Very nice. The only drawback to the resort was a lack of dinner restaurants and the lack of sports for teens. I recommend putting up a volleyball net on the beach and coordinating activities for kids"

"Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service. "

"Clean room, hard working staff, great location right off the beach. Plenty of parking. My kids loved having a room that walked out onto the pool. We walked to the Bay Bistro for an easy breakfast, and Hemingways at the Sands was an easy walk for dinner. Not far from SaltMills plaza either. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!"

"The beach was beautiful with amazing snorkeling right off the shore. We saw so many beautiful fish and a stingray! Our bungalow was perfect, clean and spacious. We requested a roll away bed and they delivered one right away. The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. We loved being right next to the pool which was very clean and warm for a nice night time swim. The staff were so wonderful, especially the woman at the coffee bar in the lobby and Lovely at Pelago. "The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. "

"Location wasn’t bad but the place need total renovation; need to be cleaned. Would not recommend to my worse enemy. Breakfast area didn’t look clean. The only time I allow them to clean my room ; they did give me enough towels; was out of toilet paper and didn’t get any. ; had to look for someone to get me some. Floor was left dirty. "

"1st guest at the hotel as I've told. They just recently opened and has restaurant on the property. It's 5 mins or less walk to the beach entrance. Conveniently located at downtown grace bay area near shops and restaurants. The restaurant is delicious and comes with breakfast included. One of the better restaurants in the vicinity! "
