"This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part. The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

"Clean room and parking was easy. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The only thing was the elevator was broken so it was really hard for someone who cannot do steps to be on a upper floor. But we made it. Nice place for a night or two. "

"1st of all had too wait 2hrs for my room rest was at 3 room wasnt ready till 5:30. Went to take a shower the towels was spotted with brown color stains. Ask for another set of towels same thing. They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. Poor service poor staff. I will never ever go back Good luck"

"Great stay! The hotel was very clean, the room was nice and comfortable, and the location was perfect with plenty of shopping and retail stores nearby. Most importantly was super close to Fort Eustis Army base. The pool was lovely, and the gym looked clean and well equipped. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. They also have a 1$ deposit for room keys. The microwave and fridge was dirty. Someone...

"Every staff member we came in contact with from the grounds keepers, to the pool attendant, front desk, and the morning restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful. The hotel was pristine and tucked away from the busy street, offering a quiet place to relax after a busy day!"
