The floor in the breakfast area is sticky the continental breakfast which consisted of cold waffles in a refrigerator where everyone can touch them. Coffee was nasty. At 10:30 pm the manager began to look for an alternative hotel despite other guests checking in while we waited. Eventually 30 mins later they said good news someone else cancelled so we can stay! The front desk agent was outside lobby smoking weed with people who were out there braiding hair. She was so high she couldn’t focus. Then put me in the system as a no show. I was so livid. I had to go to another hotel in the middle of the night. That hotel is awful and the manager should be checking the property regularly at night!"
