"This is an older resort and needs some updates, but our room was so nice. They upgraded us to oceanfront and we loved turning off the ac and opening the glass door to see and hear the waves roll in, also beautiful ocean breezes. The staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. And we got a great price for the product. Would definitely stay there again! Just behind Coconut Marketplace, so walking distance to shops and good food. Jo Jo’s and Chicken in a Barrel are two of our favorites. ...

"Staff took care of our room every day and it felt great to return back to our room ar night with it reset and cleaned. The pool was great. We loved our view and would enjoy that same view again. I would recommend this location to anyway who wants to be on beach. That was the best part. "

Loved the ocean view and easy access to restaurants, beaches and walking paths. Were disappointed with the one bathroom window that was in need of repair around the frame. "We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a very authentic Hawaiian atmosphere with an open and relaxing layout, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. "The oceanfront views are excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. Comfy bed and nice balcony. Renovated bathroom with oversized tub but challenging entry/exit which could be resolved with handle assist. Great parking and awesome pool with waterfall. "
