"From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, had a beautiful view and we were very comfortable and relaxed in it’s romantic atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, they took time to help answer all of our questions about the local area’s shopping and dining areas and they offered transportation services. I definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Omaha next. Parking was easy, reasonably priced and they offer valet service. As a bonus, this hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Market. "

"My friend forgot her phone inside when she stepped outside to grab a door dash order and the front doors of the hotel were locked. This occurred at night time, she knocked on the doors and none of the staff came to check on her. The only reason she got in was because a woman staying at the hotel was coming back from a bar and also trying to get in. Luckily, she had her phone and was able to call the number posted on the front door so the staff could let them in. I’m not sure what would have happened if that woman never showed up. Sometimes people forget their phones, so it might be a good idea to consider other options for safety besides locking all entrances to the hotel. Maybe add key card access or a security guard at the front so the doors can remain unlocked whilst monitored. Otherwise, a nice hotel with large rooms and good amenities. "

"Our entire trip to Omaha was planned around this hotel - that's how much we love it! The room is luxurious & comfortable, we LOVE the food & drinks at Burdock + Bitters and their staff are attentive, courteous, and remembered us when we came back to eat there a second time! This was our 2nd stay here, I just booked our 3rd for January 2026... we'll never stay anywhere else in Omaha!"
