"We have beem visiting this hotel since 2001. Love it. Everyone so friendly inside and outside of hotel. For us we would love if windows could open a bit, because we like natural air, rather than heating or aircon, especially cool evenings, but we understand safety issues, as high up. Would recommend 100%!"

"Mi habitación tenía problemas con la cerradura desde que me la dieron, al sig dia me quedé afuera porque no puedo abrir nadie la cerradura y me dieron otra habitación pero. O pude tomar mis medicamentos ni tener mis arts de aseo personal, pasé una noche mala. No hay hornos de microondas en las habitaciones y solo hay uno en recepción que puedes usar pero es súper tardado en que se desocupe y está sucio por lo general."

"arrived at 4 am for a late checkin after a long drive expecting to shower and rest. not only was i unable to do that, the late check in was done with security which i understood, he said i had to wait until the office opened at 7 am which I did, i asked for a room swap which i was informed all rooms was sold out, that i would have to wait for house keeping but never specified a time, i even asked for fresh linen and blanket to do that part myself, she said again i had to wait for house keeping....

"Had a room with double queen bink beds. Our family found them to be a little wobbly. The sofa bed was lop sided and did not go back properly without force. My biggest complaint and concern was the bathroom. The door is a barn door style, there is no latch or lock and you could see directly into the clear shower glass and see whoever was showering from the kitchen/living room. As a large family with teens, nobody wanted was comfortable with that."

"This is a beautifully maintained property with lovely amenities. Convenient location for my purposes and always an attractive venue for group meetings."

"Everything was so new and clean. Rooms on the south side of the hotel had a lot of road noise."
