"Cockroaches in room, pull out bed broken, air conditioning not working and didn’t have beach access. Parking was a nightmare and extra charge. Room was the 2 bedroom penthouse"

"Good stay overall! First time staying here, Staff was friendly and made check in easy! Only thing they need are individual microwaves in the rooms! I don’t know if others come with one but ours did NOT & with little kids this was a bit inconvenient being on the 3rd flood having to gather them as well as food to go down to the main lobby to warm anything up!!"

"I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. Bathroom barely had room for us to turn around in. Killed a roach in the kitchen. I let the front desk receptionist know all of the above upon check out and she was very apologetic and nice. She...

"Close to everything"

"Awkward, confusing entrance to lobby, had to unload everything in a crowded, tiny lot then park 2 blocks away. Check-in asked for ID for second guest outside in the car waiting (have never experienced that before) and other personal info I thought Expedia already had plus every single detail about your car. Creepy, dank hallway. Supposed to be ocean view but very noisy pool (until after 11pm) was in the way so couldn't open curtains to see view. Floor literally made my white socks dirty, yikes....
