We had a great stay at The Shelby. The room was spacious and nicely updated. Although we didn’t use the pool or lazy river due to the weather, they looked nice and clean. No complaints about anything! My husband said it was the best shower he’s had in a while— the water pressure was great!

Michael and the lobby staff were very accommodating in person, but you are unable to get anybody over the phone. The cleaning people were apparently new and didn’t clean our room, just replaced towels. Allison, the bartender at the pool was great. Just subtracting one star for the cleaning staff and not answering the phone.
