"The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!"

"This cannot be a 4 stars hotel; it doesn’t even qualify for a 2 stars. It’s loud. No insulation. You can everything above you and in the hallways. The bathrooms are not very clean. Human hair can be see. In the shower and throughout the bathroom. The towels are so old and almost gray in color. The carpet has stains so did the walls. If you are someone who value your money, time and quality, stay away from this hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel and nice walking area. Pool is small. Nightlife and beaches are about 25 min drive away so plan accordingly if that’s what you are looking for. Breakfast grits at breakfast were very good! "

"It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch. "Room needs improvements. Kitchen stove was damaged and some bathroom tiles were broken. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was good no complaints. Staff was friendly and kind. "

"The rooms need upgrading. The walls are dirty. The hot water doesn't get hot. The shower leaks. The carpet in the rooms are dirty. I just expected more. I am very big on CLEAN. This location just didn't meet the standards. The Baymeadows location I love."

"The room I stayed in was not well taken care of. The bathtub was dirty and the paint was pealing. Exterior was dirty and had cigarette buds all over. I had no issues with keeping my dog in the room with me. "

"Room was ok. There was no end table or coffee table for the couch. The bathroom shower floor was not very clean. Not good at replenishing towels.kitchen staph was great. Stephenie and mike were on top of things. It was very noisy all night. Sounded like the party was in our room. They had to turn off the lights twice one night so the people would be quiet. Not what i would expected from a marriot."
