We had a couple of problems with our room and had to move to another. The HVAC system didn’t work and the room was extremely warm on our first night. Also, the commode would start running when no one was in the bathroom. This happened many times during the first night causing us to wake. We switched rooms the next morning and everything was okay. Overall good stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Jacksonville while vacationing with family. The location was great with lots of restaurants, shopping, and even a movie theater. Also the staff was so welcoming and professional. I would absolutely stay here again
