"Was in Torquay for a week at a Christian conference in the riviera centre. The guest house was 5 minutes walk away so really convenient. Breakfast was excellent with lots of cooked choices. There was also cereals which I never managed as the cooked was large enough to see me till dinner time. Jonathan was a good host. The guest house was very clean and well kept, a sign that the owners took pride in the service they gave. Would definitely recommend. "

"When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality."

"We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. "We stayed in this delightful cottage for three night. The whole house was kitted out with everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen though we are out mostly. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space to store our clothes with plenty of hangers. The shower was easy to use and there was plenty of hot water. Close to all amenities and transport links - buses, trains and tour boats."

The location is great - literally around the corner from Torre Abbey, gardens, and the beach, marina and high street are not too far also."
