"This historic building is in the perfect location. The dining area is remodeled and absolutely beautiful. Food is really good. The rooms are very nice as well. Just remember there’s no lifts to rooms as it’s a historic building. The location is so close to rail and bus stations. The staff is super nice and very helpful with any needs you might have. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Right on the river ness. Walking /running path very convenient . Quiet are but not far from pubs and restaurants. Bfast was lovely each day and their dinner good too. No elevators so just be aware. We preferred second floor room to first."

"Hotel indicates they have parking, but it’s very limited for the amount of rooms and we were never able to get a spot. There’s a lot of trash outside the hotel as well as old dog poop just sitting outside. The front door was never cleaned up. Inside walls needed to be repainted. "Excellent location in Inverness. We had booked Rabbie’s Tours and you could see the Stop just down the street. I have mobility issues and this was so great. There’s a really good bakery around the corner, a ‘grocery” store not too far for anything you might want to pick up. there was a full breakfast in the morning to start off your day.The staff at the front desk were so very helpful and always pleasant. We would definitely stay here again."

Both rooms were spotless upon on check in with comfortable beds, ample towels and extra bedding.
