"Great location for a quick trip. Hotel is good location by the sea about 10 mins walk from train station. Nice little room at the top of the house which was greatly decorated and good view over the square out to sea. Can imagine the room gets hot on a nice day. Breakfast was nice. Was four floor walk up the stairs or a very slow lift. But expected in a period property."

"Great, affordable stay in a perfect location. We booked a private double which was affordable, spacious and clean. The check in process was easy and the young local fellow at the desk was fantastic and sorted us out with recommendations. The location is incredible for the price. Seconds walk to the pier and loads of great venues around for food and drinks. The communal kitchen facility was well equipped, but perhaps in need of a good clean. "Stayed for Brighton Pride. Hotel Staff was great! Check in super fast and easy. The breakfast was good too! Only problem was that only one elevator was working. It was super busy at breakfast time and because everybody was checking out Monday because Pride was over. But everything else was great! Super Close to the train station and Park for the festival. "
