"Fabulous modern Miami themed hotel the beds are super comfortable and Aircon which is very much needed this weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful proper service with a smile and all very engaging. Fabulous view of the sea and a gorgeous pool. My only criticism was filling the kettle in the modern sink difficult !"

I have health issues so I always have to research accommodations & make requests. That week was the heatwave week so my worry turned into anxiety. "Was a lovely simple property in the heart of Bournemouth, only a few minutes walk from the town or the beach. Self check in/out was seamless and they offered a decent self-service breakfast. Room was clean with plenty of amenities."

"If it says there is air conditioning THERE IS NOT!! Did get a fan from the desk tho but very stuffy since it’s an old building. Temp was 33 degrees! The shower wasn’t clean and found someone’s hair in there. The only good thing about this place is they let me park there way before check in time and it’s literally 3 min walk to the beach which is why I wanted to stay there in the first place. But I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Unfortunately on 2nd floor shower was cold to barely lukewarm for the entire weekend in March. Heating too was off when we arrived but later fixed. No breakfast available and noise throughout the night with banging doors talking laughing etc. Odour exists in rooms and corridors. Hotel is a throwback to the 60's and badly in need of a total renovation. However the price is quite cheap so you get what you pay for."

"I don't know why this establishment is still operating. They should close down. No access to swimming pool. Have to use swimming pool as hotel next door which closes at 17;00 pathetic. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. I will never come back hear again. The outside was horrible. The staff don't care about guests. There was nothing good about this place.No restaurant on site. Nothing on site. They deserve any stars from me."

"Building took me back, I love deco style buildings...Inside when immediately walk in appears dated, as does staircase but most important is the room, which was clean and had everything I needed. Woman on reception is very friendly and very helpful. English breakfast was good. Only 10 minute walk to the coast but in a quiet road. If in Bournemouth again would stay here again."

"We stayed one night en route south It was quite acceptable and reasonable value for money. 👍 clean and quiet room, on-street parking payable between 9am and around 6pm but free overnight, good location in quiet road close to restaurants and shops if you need them, wonderful big bath towels, comfy bed, tea/coffee in room 👎 small room (wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple of nights tbh), £15 for hotel parking, cheap shower gel, restaurant closes at 20:15, lift wasn’t working"
