"A very warm welcome and a lovely room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet for a good night's sleep. A short walk to the beach and pier, and also not too far to the town centre. My only negative was the bathroom is tiny. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Absolutely fabulous guest house style hotel. Reception and daily staff extremely friendly and helpful. The best most carefully presented breakfast cf any hotel you like and graet value - chef oversaw all dishes passionately. Bar 24 h = super convenient. Very close location to beach and street full of restaurants and pubs. No fridge in room but bar very helpful with ice. They hve a lift = magic. Highly recommended for any stay in Bournemouth area."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was served in the lounge-bar area, it wasn’t buffet but you could order anything from the menu. Came for a concert at the International Centre which is literally across the street, so it was a perfect location. Also 10 min walk from the beach. Very recommended! Thank you :)"

"Was forwarded details for self check in & clear instructions meant it was hassle free. Didn't encounter any staff during my visit, only stayed 1 night & there was a contact number provided but I didn’t need to call for any assistance. Lots of options for breakfast & room was clean & tidy. Self check out was also clearly explained. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us. My husband is disabled and a wheelchair user - the only minor thing was the access to the bathroom with a wide doorway was perfect, unfortunately this means a large door swinging into the bathroom making wheelchair movement difficult. Perhaps a sliding door should be installed "
