"Overall it was a nice hotel. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken so the toilet paper just sat on the back of the toilet. The worst part about staying here was that at 9am on the day of our checkout housekeeping was knocking on our door- waking us up, even though checkout isn’t until 11am. It was very irritating after a late night out after a concert the night before."

"There was no hot water. Dead bolt didn’t work. Told reception and were offered 2 coffees at no charge. We felt we should have gotten a discount. Sent an email to the hotel manager who responded without an offer to credit us. Won’t stay there again."

"Nothing special about this property.
There are a few issues that need to be addressed.
1) Elevator was horrible experience.
Every time we were entering and exiting we needed to pull very heavy Metal door to the side and hold it which was very inconvenient and caused us shoulder pain.
2) there was a few steps from the entrance door to get to the elevator and nobody helped us to carry the luggages
at least to the elevator. 3) No phone in the room to contact the front desk to ask for something...

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. We book hotels in this area often to visit our child who goes to school nearby. So far, this has been our favorite stay and so that's why we booked it again. We didn't use the amenities, so we can't speak for that, but the property is clean and updated, as are the rooms. And the staff is very friendly, especially Pamela at the front desk. We already have it booked for our next stay as well. The only reason we gave it 4 stars out of 5, was the cost."
