"Close to island for walkable shopping , places to eat and shows . Rooms facing the back to the island would be better than the front rooms with balcony’s facing noisy traffic . Complimentary breakfast was good. Enjoyed the visit and will come back."

"The hotel has enough amenities that you wouldn't even have to leave if you didn't want to. I've wanted to stay at this hotel for years, and finally got to. There's 2 restaurants, a bar, outdoor areas to sit and play corn hole, a pool that's great for kids etc. The property is beautiful with lots of flowers, and has great views of the mountains. I'd love to stay here again."

"There was not a hot tub we could find. Pool was clean. Smaller than in the picture. Otherwise the room was clean. Beds was pretty good. The pillows could do for some improvement. So bring your own. It was great there was a walk in shower downstairs and a full bath upstairs. One person kitchen which was ok for us cause we wasn’t there to eat. Loved to be able to go out and sit by the creek!"

"25 characters is not enough space for me to complain about the issues at that hotel. Is the worst hotel I’ve ever slept in my life. No towels, broken dresser broken toilet one out of six elevators worked, filthy. No access to the pool if you are handicapped, breakfast was a joke because all the juices were empty in the food was cold, ice machine, broken"

"There were no amenities. One of our rooms was clean the other was not, pee in the toilet. The size of our room was fine but the outside was in need of a major face-lift. The elevator door closed before you were all the way in. There was only one elevator at the end so if your room was on the opposite end you had to walk. There was carpet in the outside walkways that was disgusting. They need a bar in the shower or non slip pads. I could go on."
