"Unfortunately, the rooms need updating and also some broken things in the room, the coffemaker and other things. We actually had a cockroach in the ceiling...wish they would of offered some kind of discount or coupon or something for all our lil mishaps!!! Pool area needs updating as well....loved the lobby and some other areas but they need to update already and put more up to date pics of the place. Staff was def.great"

"I had a great stay! The check-in process was incredibly easy—I registered online ahead of time and simply walked up to grab my key.
The location was perfect, with easy walking access to downtown and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the spotless bathroom. The air conditioning worked great, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The amenities were excellent as well. I loved the pool, and having complimentary bikes...

"I wasn’t sure if it was your maintenance guy (he looked liked one) that was hanging around the pool, but he was very unprofessional. There were some ladies in the regular chairs, the guy goes up to them and takes them to the vip daybeds….and for the next hour he gets them drinks and chats with them the whole time to the point it’s noticeable. I usually don’t care but what really bothered me is that he proceeds to come to me and tell me that “im going to need you not to move the umbrellas”….mind...

"Room was very spacious. Much larger than expected. Quiet hotel for the most part. Wasn't able to check out restaurant attached. Pool is very large, clean and warm. No need to rent pool cabana. Plenty of chairs around pool. Don't know why they charge for it. The price was great. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"The buildings architecture is STUNNING! Wexler was a master in design in the late 40’s etc. Unfortunately it is not well maintained and I was told the budget is being spent on a sister hotel next door. Example… umbrellas shredding, old thin towels at the pool, chipped paint, furniture missing pieces, makeup mirror not working, ripped rug in the patio, TVs way outdated and impossible to figure out how to watch with mismatched remotes and old cable boxes, (no streaming services) outdated plug...

"Housekeeping and front desk staff are amazing and will take care of anything you need. Location , pool and views were the best. Walking distance to all the stores and dining in town. Room was nice and loved the snacks and bubbly that was provided in the fridge. Continental Breakfast was included and served at the hotel next door by the pool. That was an extra treat for sure. This place will be for sure on my list for another stay in Palm Springs."
