This hotel was a dream. They had an on site vehicle to drive you around town so you would t have to pay for Ubers, restaurants were amazing and the staff very helpful. The only minus was the room cleaning staff could’ve done a bit better.

Beautiful property. Well appointed with tons of great on site and off site dining options located conveniently nearby. Complimentary transportation around downtown Palm Springs… really a 5 star stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Thompson! The pool area was clean and the service was fast! Would definitely recommend staying here! The front desk staff were fast and efficient. I enjoyed the wine hall!

Overall it was a great stay. However the property felt very cold and unwelcoming. It was a maze to get to our room and our outdoor patio was surrounded by high cement walls. A overall very clean, quiet nice hotel but there are other nicer more inviting options for the same price in PS.

Stayed here in July. Upon arrival, all staff was welcoming and kind. Check in was great, as they were able to let us in our room a little earlier. Grounds are immaculate. Pool staff was awesome and pool area was lovely. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. Restaurants on site were excellent!

Great new hotel downtown!

Really nice addition to the downtown PS hotel choice. Wonderful layout, excellent service from the valet to the check out experience. Close and walkable to all downtown had to offer.

Incredible hotel with exceptional staff - courteous, friendly, people that add to the beauty of the hotel - one particular that stands out is Greg. He was kind and helpful with anything we needed or wanted to learn more about. Intricately draped in mid-century modern decor - clean and visually interesting. Hotel is run by Noah, the GM, who attentive and on top of client experience - makes all the difference. We love this hotel and can’t wait to go back!
