"Rooms need to be renovated. My room was not clean when I arrived and cleaning staff told me themselves that some things need to be renovated. Food was okay, drinks were great and the staff overall was amazing (especially at the swim up bar, love Junior Elvis and Candace!!). Lots of activities and good music. Decent for a solo trip but I’m going back to RIU Mobay next time."

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in."

"It’s a terrible hotel. The staff all around are so nasty their attitudes are so unwelcoming. On my last night I was bitten by bedbugs. When I returned to the states I visited my doctor’s office because of the bites and it was confirmed to be bedbug bites. "The host was very easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived. She was great. The house is very beautiful inside and out, the view was amazing. It is very clean inside. The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. Keep in mind if you stay here that once you go out, try to do all of your outings because it’s hard to go back and forth to the house."
