Also the nice women with the American last name, I can’t remember her name, but she was also very nice. I commend all the staff on such good job."

"Good breakfast starting at 6am 👍. Very helpful staff. Had a problem with internet going off and on only on my floor. Reported it and they quickly dispatched some to diagnose. A simple router reboot cleared the problem and it never occurred again. Staff were very patient with my poor Spanish and use of translator. I’ve stayed at a number of Ibis hotels and this was a good experience. "
