He acts like he's doing you a favor and you're bothering him from taking a rest. Not cordial at all. And also the tall girl at the reception that works late afternoon and nights is terrible customer service. I had a complaint to make and she told me if I didn't like it. "Good breakfast starting at 6am 👍. Very helpful staff. Had a problem with internet going off and on only on my floor. Reported it and they quickly dispatched some to diagnose. A simple router reboot cleared the problem and it never occurred again. Staff were very patient with my poor Spanish and use of translator.
