"The Hava Ubud is a special place to stay, not just for its beautiful surroundings, feeling of calmness throughout, but the staff. Everyone from the cleaners, waiting/restaurant staff, chefs, through to management were so lovely and welcoming, this made our stay feel that extra special. Rooms were always spotless, eating at the restaurants were fun, learnt loads about the local culture and venturing out on the recommended tours were a highlight of our stay. "This is our first time staying in Bali and Anumana de Suite was a beautiful establishment to stay at. The staff was lovely. They were all so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. It was very convenient have a 24/7 check in time. Our flight landed late and we didn’t arrive until close to 1am. We were greeted with a smile from Purnayasa and he helped us with our check-in process as well as getting us settled in our room. He was also there as we were checking out and was kind enough to help us with our luggage during that time as well. We got the room with the hot tub on the balcony and were on the 1st floor which is actually the highest floor. (6th floor is ground level with the swim up pool). Waking up to that beautiful view was wonderful everyday. The establishment was very clean surrounded by beautiful greenery. Our room was refreshed everyday with clean towels and more bottles of water. We were able to eat the complimentary breakfast every morning and it was a good mix between traditional Balinese foods as well as other breakfast items such as pancakes, salad bar, fresh fruit, breads and yogurt. I very much enjoyed being able to try a different fresh fruit juice every morning. They were SO good! (Dragon fruit, guava, mango, watermelon, pineapple, apple, and kiwi) Overall this was an amazing place to stay & very quiet to enjoy nature and personal time. They offered a few activities throughout the week they will inform you about if you have time.10/10! "

"One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Top notch quality facilities, courteous staff, excellent buffet breakfast with extensive variety, everything we tried was excellent. Very clean pool, not crowded at all (we stayed in September), excellent view of the forest. -25 mins from main Ubud markets and monkey forest, which is not bad if you want to stay away from noise and crowds. "

"We had an incredible stay at Lumina! The grounds are beautifully kept, with great attention to detail. Our cottage was perfect- very private and well decorated. The cottage was able to open to the outdoors, but also had great AC for when it was too warm and you wanted to close things up. Very nice breakfast each day. Staff were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Beautiful pools throughout the property that felt very private. The property is thoughtfully laid out so you barely notice that other guests are there. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"Beyond our wildest dreams. Everybody was superfriendly; the location is just gorgeous; you can have a fabulous breakfast 24h a day; the restaurant is top-notch. Only issue: you cannot really walk out; you will need a ride (for free until 5pm). But once you are in, you will not really feel like leaving..."
