"The Mayaloka Villas in Ubud was a paradise. The room was spacious and comfortable with a glass back wall open to the private pool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I did not like the way the shower was open to the rest of the bathroom as water was able to be splashed everywhere. The lighting could have been better. The pool was inviting and we used it twice. "We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a nice garden and ”outdoor” kitchen and diningarea/livingroom. Very steep steps leading to the second bedroom. Breakfast is not bufféstyle but a set menu, quite small portions though. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Ubud center (market), witch is good because the place is nice and quiet at night. There is a bunch of restaurants within a couple of min walk. "

"The Samara was an amazing place to stay while in Bali. Rusma made our experience even better by taking care of all our needs. Breakfasts were delicious. The suites and Villa were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We greatly appreciated the airport pick up and scooter rides to the main street. Breakfast menu was great, staff was so friendly, evening entertainment was great at the hotels cafe/ restaurant. The hotel was in the town centre, however, one would think you were in a magical place, far away from hustle and bustle. Will be definitely staying again in the future."
