"The security guy was very nice and helpful, friendly, the place is cultural and lovely, a private area, I felt very safe, the security tried helping me a lot, even gave me a lighter for my cigar, there was two cats there, I’m guessing they were the managers of the property, I loved the stay, very calm and home friendly property 10/10 I would book again when in punta Cana, and it’s near everything as well."

Le Personnel est à l’écoute et professionnel
Seul bémol le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus ce qui est très rare en République dominicaine et payer un œuf au plat sans accompagnement un café et un mini bouteille d’eau à 27€ c’était abusé

"If you want to go to an all inclusive resort in punta Cana but not sure where to go. Spend the extra money and go here, totally worth it. Felt so safe and secure the entire time. Staff was very helpful and happy unlike other resorts we went to in DR. Food was very high quality never questioned a thing (we are picky eaters). Overall 5x better than excellence el Carmen."
